Cancellation, Refund, Credit and No Show Policy

Notice of Delay, cancellation or Unable to Arrive and Complete the Rental Session

- We Reserve the Right to Cancel Your Rental Session at the 30 minute mark after the appointed time.

Example would be: If the Rental Pickup Time is Scheduled for 10:00 AM - With No Call or Notice of Arrival by 10:30 AM
- We Reserve the Right to Cancel the Pickup Time and Apply a $50.00 No-Show / No-Contact Fee and Release the Unit to the Next Available Customer.

- In an event that your reservation is impacted and you are unable to arrive to complete your rental session. We ask that you make every effort to contact us in advance and let us know you may be running late or unable to make it to your reservation departure time as scheduled.

- If you know that your reservation may be impacted of at least 48 hours in advance of your rental session, please make every effort to notify us so we can assist in modifying your reservation.

We will offer one of the following options if your reservation is or will be impacted:

- We will offer a re-schedule of your rental session and carry over your spend amount.

- We will offer a No Fee Cancellation and 100% Refund

- We will do all we can to support you and get you riding with us.


No Show to Complete Your Rental Session

- If you are unable to arrive and complete your rental session, which results in a No Show situation.

- We will make attempts to contact you and if we are unable to contact you by phone, email or text message, we would consider this a No Show / No Communication Received Cancellation.

- We reserve the right to refund your rental session - Less a $50.00 No Show Fee.

FALL 2021 Schedule - No Show / No Contact / No Notice of Cancellation or Same Day Cancellation

FALL Season is Our Peak Season and All Reservations Are Non-Refundable
- Please Understand When You Make A Reservation for a Polaris Slingshot Unit, The Unit is Unavailable to Other Parties for the Target Date and Time Selected.

- Gift Card Credits for Full Face Value Will Be Provided if Your Reservation Should Be Cancelled.

- Please Be Certain You Are Able to Complete Your Reservation with You and/or All Group Drivers.

- If the Primary Registered Driver is a No Show / No Contact / No Phone Call Inbound to Notify of Running Late or Planning a No Show

- We Reserve the Right to Apply 50% of the Face Value to a Gift Card

- We Reserve the Right to Provide a 50% Refund of the Face Value Under a Reasonable and Negotiated Circumstance.

- Please understand we do all we can to support you and your rental session.

- We want everyone to ride with us.
